Other Reminders

• Since the drive is quite long, it is recommended to bring some snacks. The canyon requires walking, so please wear comfortable shoes.
• The Amano Railway does not operate on the third Thursday of every month. You will not be able to experience the small train, so customers who wish to experience it should avoid this day. We are not responsible if the railway is closed due to weather or holidays. Instead, you will visit Takachiho Shrine.
• The cherry blossom blooming dates are affected by local weather, and the most beautiful scenery cannot be guaranteed. Please check the local weather and cherry blossom blooming status before placing an order. Refunds/compensation requests due to poor cherry blossom blooming or weather factors such as rain cannot be accepted. We appreciate your understanding.
• When the number of participants does not meet the stipulated minimum group size, the tour will be canceled, and an email notification of the tour cancellation will be sent 1 day before the departure date.
• This itinerary does not include any tickets; participation requires self-payment.
• On weekends and public holidays in Japan, you may encounter traffic jams, attractions closing early, and other situations during your trip. The itinerary may be reduced or shortened based on actual circumstances. It is recommended to avoid booking dinner or other activities on the same day to prevent missing the Shinkansen or your flight.
• As this activity is a group tour, guests of other language backgrounds may be traveling with you in the same vehicle. We appreciate your understanding.
• In case of inclement weather such as typhoons or blizzards, a decision on whether to cancel the tour will be made 1 day before departure (18:00 local time), and you will be notified by email thereafter.
• No refunds will be given if a traveler abandons their itinerary midway due to personal reasons.
• Please be sure to arrive at the designated shuttle point at the specified time; do not be late.
• Vehicle model used: Vehicles are dispatched according to the number of people. For small groups, a driver who also serves as an escort will provide full tour services, with no additional tour leader dispatched.
• Weather conditions may affect the best viewing period for flowers or red leaves, and the itinerary will not be canceled or refunded for this reason.
• Due to the large crowds during the flower viewing/maple viewing season, there is a possibility of severe traffic jams. It is recommended to bring your own light meals.
• If the itinerary is terminated due to force majeure factors such as weather conditions or natural disasters after the trip has started, a refund will be processed for the unfulfilled itinerary based on the actual costs incurred. However, additional expenses such as return transportation costs or accommodation costs incurred locally must be borne by the traveler.
