  • There are no lockers/storage facilities available at the venue. Please ensure that your bags are within 25 x 17 x 9" (63 x 43 x 22 cm) in size

  • Access to the observatory is only allowed through the elevator. The use of the staircase is only in the event of an emergency

  • Please note that due to weather conditions, the visibility from the observatory may vary and in the event of poor visibility, signage will be posted at the Box Office

  • Participants may purchase snacks and beverages at the Sky View Cafe

  • Outside food and drinks are not allowed inside the venue

  • Pets are not allowed inside the venue, with the exception of service animals with valid identification

  • Photography is allowed, but taking videos and photos for commercial purposes, as well as the live broadcasting of the show is strictly prohibited
