• 【Important Notices】 1.Please present the confirmation email at "SAPPORO TOURIST INFORMATION CENTER" on the 1st floor of Sapporo TV Tower to collect your tickets.Business hours: 09:30~18:30 (Japan local time). *On the following dates, 2026/4/8, 2026/11/11, 2027/1/1, a ticket exchange will not be possible due to the suspension of operations at the Sapporo TV Tower.
• 2.Do not board the bus solely with the confirmation email. The bus will depart on time even if not all designated guests are present.
• 3.Please adhere strictly to the schedule. The latest return time is 14:40. Please ensure you arrive at the station well in advance to catch this bus. We are not responsible for missed buses.
• 4.In case of force majeure such as epidemics or natural disasters, which may lead to inability to proceed with the tour, guests can choose to reschedule or receive a full refund.
• 5.A separate rock bath is available for women. Guests requiring this service will need to pay an additional fee of 550 Japanese yen (in tax).
• 【Hot Spring】 1.Ensure good health and physical stamina before Hot Spring. Rinse your body with warm water before entering the hot spring to acclimatize to the temperature.
• 2.Do not wear any clothing while Onsen and refrain from washing towels or clothing in the bath.
• 3.Avoid soaking in the hot spring for an extended period.
• 4.After Onsen, rinse your body with a shower, dry off with a towel, and then proceed to the changing area.
• 5.Rest adequately after Onsen to ensure physical recovery.
• 6.Drink plenty of water after Onsen.
• 【People Unsuitable for Onsen】 1.Individuals with weak constitutions.
• 2.Those suffering from acute illnesses, especially fever.
• 3.Patients with infectious diseases.
• 4.Individuals with cardiovascular or cerebrovascular diseases.
• 5.Women in early pregnancy or nearing childbirth.
