Reservation procedure

  • You are required to do an online check in prior to boarding the ship. After purchasing Klook voucher, click on the link found under "How to redeem" section in Klook voucher
  • Step 1: Fill in the guest details
  • Step 2: After filling in the details, click the "check in" button (you will be allowed to check in 14 days before your sailing date)
  • Repeat steps 1-2 for each guest
  • Online check in will be closed 3 hours prior to sailing time. If you did not do an online check in, please proceed to the Royal Albatross ticketing counter for manual check in

  • How to get there: By Sentosa Boardwalk: Take a 15 minute walk from VivoCity to Resorts World Sentosa via the 700m long Sentosa Boardwalk. Then follow the signs to Singapore Oceanarium
