For bookings of 2 or more people, a complimentary one-way airport pickup at Chengdu Shuangliu Airport or a city railway station pickup (Chengdu East, Chengdu South, or Chengdu West railway stations) is included. Pickups at Tianfu International Airport require self-paid expenses. Note: Please inform us of your flight number or train number at least 2 days in advance for airport/station pickups, otherwise it will be deemed as giving up this service. If complimentary items are voluntarily given up by guests, or cannot be attended due to special reasons or force majeure, no fees will be refunded, nor will they be exchanged for anything of equivalent value.

Day 4

More than 7 days before the start of the itinerary, the travel expenses will be fully refunded;
From 6 to 4 days before the start of the itinerary, a loss fee of 20% of the total tour cost will be charged;
From 3 to 1 days before the start of the itinerary, a loss fee of 40% of the total tour cost will be charged;
On the day the itinerary begins, a cancellation fee equal to 60% of the total tour cost will be charged;
Deduction standards during the itinerary: Tour cost × Deduction rate on the day the tour starts + (Tour cost - Tour cost × Deduction rate on the day the tour starts) ÷ Number of tour days × Number of days traveled. Notes: A. If the necessary expenses deducted according to the above agreed ratio are lower than the actual expenses incurred, the tourist shall pay according to the actual expenses incurred, but the maximum amount shall not exceed the total tour cost. B. In case of special circumstances, individual refunds for tickets and accommodation (complimentary accommodation on the gathering day is non-refundable if not used), accommodation fees are calculated at 100 RMB per person per day. Since the tickets are travel agency discounted tickets, the Jiuzhaigou peak season (April 1 to November 16) tickets are calculated at 160 RMB/person, Jiuzhaigou off-season (November 16 to March 31 of the following year) tickets at 60 RMB/person, Huanglong tickets at 140 RMB/person, Dagu Glacier tickets at 80 RMB/person, and Bipenggou tickets at 50 RMB/person; C. For shared rooms, accommodation and transportation fees are not refunded, and only ungenerated tickets are refunded; for non-shared rooms, transportation fees are not refunded, and only ungenerated accommodation and tickets are refunded.
If the itinerary cannot be continued due to force majeure during the trip, all team members must reach a unified decision and can choose from three options: A. Change the route: If the mileage and road conditions are similar to the original route, the cost remains unchanged. If the mileage and road conditions differ from the original route, any price difference will be refunded or charged accordingly; B. Return via the original route: Returning via the original route will be calculated based on actually incurred expenses, with any price difference refunded or charged accordingly. The incurred expenses include all transportation, accommodation, meals, entrance tickets, etc., generated until the completion of the tour; C. Complete the tour locally: Calculated based on actually incurred expenses plus the cost of the guide and driver returning empty, with any price difference refunded or charged accordingly.
