• This service is a shared ride service (one-way) between Chubu Centrair International Airport and Nagoya city center. Pick-up and drop-off times cannot be specified by the guest. For airport drop-offs, the operator will estimate the passengers' travel times and depart earlier; customer service will confirm the pick-up and drop-off details with you one day in advance. Please be sure to arrive at the booked boarding location 5 minutes in advance, as late arrivals will not be waited for.
• Number of passengers: Infants and children will be counted as passengers. Please book according to the actual number of passengers riding.
• Travel Information: Between 18:00 and 22:00 (Japan time) on the day before use, all information such as meeting/pick-up time, meeting/pick-up location, vehicle, and driver will be notified. Please be sure to check the platform messages or emails. If you do not receive the relevant information, please contact customer service in time.
• Airport pickup vehicle booking time selection advice: ① International flights: It is recommended to refer to the flight arrival time, at least 2 hours later. ② Domestic flights: It is recommended to refer to the flight arrival time, at least 30 minutes later.
• Suggestions for choosing airport drop-off vehicle time: Service hours: 08:00-20:00. Pickup time: ① International flights: It is recommended to refer to the flight departure time and allow at least 3.5 hours in advance. ② Domestic flights: It is recommended to refer to the flight departure time and allow at least 2.5 hours in advance.
• Vehicle model: Subject to the models provided by the operator; specific models cannot be designated.
• Route rules: Drive according to system planning; mid-route stops, modifying destinations, and getting off midway are not supported; delivery sequence is not guaranteed.
• Baggage Allowance: One piece of baggage (32 inches and under) is allowed free of charge per person. If exceeded, please contact customer service to confirm before placing an order. Special Baggage: Foldable strollers count as 1 piece of 32-inch baggage, and pocket strollers count as 1 piece of 20-inch baggage; strollers exceeding 88 cm and wheelchairs cannot be transported. Prohibited Items: Items with a single side > 90 cm (such as fishing rods, skis), pets, liquids with a risk of leakage (live seafood, unsealed alcohol), and fragile items (LCD monitors, musical instruments). Concealing the carriage of these items will result in order cancellation or refusal of boarding, and the losses shall be borne by the passengers themselves.
• After placing an order and making a reservation, failing to contact customer service promptly as required, leading to a situation where customer service is still unable to make effective contact with the traveler by a reasonable departure time, resulting in insufficient reserved travel time and causing trip delays, the resulting losses shall be borne by the passenger.
