Pick-up information

• Drop off the luggage at hotel before 11:00; and receive the luggage at the appointed time between 18:00-21:00 at appointed locations

• If you did not receive a confirmation email from LuggAgent, please check your Spam folder or contact the operator via the email indicated on your Klook voucher
