  • Children under the age of 15 must be accompanied by a guardian who is 18 years or older. Children under 15 are not permitted to travel alone.

  • How to use consecutive reservations for rental items and lift tickets:
  • Rental Items: Rental tickets for gear are given out at the lift ticket booth. If you wish to use the items for consecutive days, you will need to return them at your convenience and go through the rental procedure again when you want to use them on subsequent days.
  • Lift Tickets: For each day of use, you will need to receive the actual lift ticket before using the lifts. This means you will get a new physical lift ticket for each day of your stay.
  • Rental clothing includes tops and bottoms or jumpsuits. Accessories such as gloves, goggles, hats, undergarments, spats, and socks are not included, so please prepare your own.
  • Please note that there is a limited availability of big and junior sizes, so it is advisable to inquire at the rental shop in advance. Additionally, there may be an extra charge depending on the size.
  • Please return rental items within the business hours of the rental shop.
  • Accessories (such as knitwear, gloves, goggles, etc.) are available for purchase at the rental shop or store, but quantities are limited. Therefore, we recommend preparing them in advance.
