• Although not mandatory, it is recommended that you purchase accident and/or travel insurance before participating in this activity

• Please note that shuttle bus transportation is mandatory for all individual customers, and the bus will pick you up from the designated bus stops outside, not from hotel receptions, so please arrive on time, as the operator will not be responsible for any compensation if you miss the pickup.

• Please note that every group and individual passenger must do the check-in to the Icebreaker Sampo cruise at the SnowCastle of Kemi (LumiLinnankatu 15 A, 94100 Kemi) before the cruise.

• Ice floating program is optional and is included in the icebreaker experiences. Ice floating requires normal physical health. Staff may check each customer’s physical and mental condition and can decide if the person is allowed to participate. Floating is not recommended for pregnant women.

• Please note that you might get wet during the floating, the survival suit is water resistant and checked after every swim, wind or waves might splash some water to your face and it is possible that some water gets into the suit, the operator recommend always carrying a change of clothing with you including socks, pants and shirt

• Please note that running is not allowed when wearing a survival suit, and the operator will instruct you on how to move safely to the swimming—jumping is prohibited. The operator will assist you out of the water and you may enter the floating area only when wearing a survival suit.

• The cruise is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility
