  • When booking a snowboard, we recommend that beginners choose the left front board.
  • Regarding rental products, please be sure to check them yourself when you rent them. If there is no declaration from the customer at the time of rental, the rental product will be judged to be normal.
  • Rental brands and types of ski wear cannot be specified.
  • We will prepare the size requested at the time of reservation for each rental product. As a general rule, we cannot accommodate size changes after arrival at the ski resort or accommodation. Please ensure you check the size at the pick-up location.
  • Please note that once the item is rented, it will be kept by the customer until it is returned.
  • Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any issues resulting from changes made to the settings after the rental.
  • Due to the material used in the binding band, it may break if stepped on forcefully or bent after prolonged use in low temperatures. Please note that damaged items cannot be exchanged or refunded.
  • We perform maintenance, including waxing, on each rental product according to our standards. However, please be aware that the effectiveness of the wax may vary depending on the weather and snow conditions on the day. In such cases, exchanges and refunds are not possible.
  • We adjust the binding settings based on your height and weight. Please note that we are not responsible for any accidents or injuries resulting from self-adjustments made by the customer.
  • If you are late to return the rental product without consent, you will be charged an additional fee as described in the price list.
  • Customers may not allow others to use the rental product, nor transfer, pledge, sublease, or modify it in any way. Additionally, rental products cannot be refurbished or altered.
  • In addition, if you do not subscribe, the theft / the product is damaged, we will charge you a reasonable amount for the product.
