• The average altitude in plateau areas is relatively high, and some tourists are prone to altitude sickness. All tourists are advised to carefully consider their physical health before signing up for a trip. It is recommended to familiarize yourself with relevant precautions for plateau travel before departure. After the itinerary begins, if a tourist experiences altitude sickness, physical discomfort, or needs to terminate the trip early or withdraw from the group due to personal health reasons, the travel agency will deduct the actual and non-refundable expenses incurred during the trip (such as vehicle seat fees, pre-booked non-refundable service fees, etc.). • Note: As we need to pick up guests from various locations in Chengdu and gather at a designated spot for departure, during the off-season (November to April of the following year), the driver will start picking up guests 1-1.5 hours before departure. During peak season (May to October) and holidays, the driver will start picking up guests 2-2.5 hours before departure. • Note: Vehicle seat resources are pre-locked resources, and each tourist corresponds to one locked vehicle seat. Vehicle costs are paid based on the full vehicle cost for the entire journey and will not be reduced if a tourist withdraws midway. Individuals with a history of heart, lung, brain, or blood system diseases, severe anemia, stage I hypertension, coronary heart disease, arteriosclerosis, asthma, Alzheimer's disease, mental illness, physical/intellectual disabilities, cancer, etc., as well as pregnant women, infants, those in the recovery period of major or moderate surgery, individuals with restricted mobility, and other unsuitable travelers are not recommended to register. Those registering on behalf of others must also verify the physical condition of the person they are registering for. If a registrant or someone registering on behalf of another conceals their physical condition, the resulting consequences shall be borne by themselves; 2. Infants (14 days to 2 years old) cannot be accommodated, travelers under 18 must be accompanied by at least one adult passenger, and elderly travelers over 60 should follow medical advice and travel cautiously based on their physical condition; 3. You must truthfully provide a statement of your physical condition before joining the tour. • Highland travel tips: 1. The plateau has a high altitude, intense sunlight, and large temperature differences between morning and evening. You need to prepare long-sleeved clothes and trousers, sweaters, jackets, down jackets, etc. At the same time, it is recommended to bring sunglasses, sun hats, sunscreen, and lip balm, and pack medications to prevent altitude sickness such as Rhodiola rosea, creatinine oral solution, cold medicine, gastrointestinal medicine, aspirin, diazepam, and headache powder; 2. Try to eat less spicy food, avoid smoking, and do not drink alcohol before and during the trip. Pay attention to rest and adjustment, and be sure to avoid catching a cold.
• Road conditions and force majeure: 1. This route is located in a remote area. Sometimes due to road maintenance, traffic control is implemented on certain sections, which easily leads to traffic jams and the inability to dine on time. Moreover, some parts of the itinerary involve long driving hours, so you may prepare a moderate amount of food in advance to stave off hunger (bread, chocolate, biscuits, etc.) for unexpected needs. 2. Due to reasons such as speed limits, traffic control, road conditions, and long driving distances, it is impossible to accurately control the itinerary schedule, resulting in minor discrepancies between the actual time points and those disclosed on the page, or even affecting the itinerary.
